Muntari blow adds to Mourinho concerns

Midfielder Sulley Muntari is expected to miss FC Internazionale Milano's visit to Anorthosis Famagusta FC on Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League after injuring his right thigh during the goalless draw at home to Genoa CFC on Sunday.

Vieira out
The 24-year-old Ghanaian international was substituted after 55 minutes against Genoa and is unlikely to recover in time for the trip to Cyprus on 4 November. Muntari's absence will be a blow to coach José Mourinho who is already without Patrick Vieira who is suffering from a calf problem. "[Muntari] certainly won't be available on Wednesday [at ACF Fiorentina]," Mourinho said. "We've got a lot of problems in central midfield at the moment." Inter top Group B with seven points from three matches, sitting three points above Anorthosis after beating the Cypriot side 1-0 at San Siro last week.
